Zanty, possessing strong production and technical
strength, integrates relay, solenoid developing and designing, dies
and mold designing and manufacturing, plastic injection molding,
metal parts machining and related equipment producing.
RoHS: Zanty has its own X'rays inspection instrument for control of RoHS.
R & D: As always, electronics
industry is fast growing and demanding innovation and engineering
quality. R&D of product and technology plays a vital role in
this. Zanty maintain a competent R&D group with around 25 experienced
engineers, and they are using, up to date professional engineering software, and testing equipment in their effective
work of product, and mould designing.
LAB: Zanty’s lab provides
R&D and quality management with reliable tools and means.
Our factory boasts of the comprehensive and advanced, testing and
inspecting devices, instruments and equipment in our Laboratory
of 200 square meters.
The lab can conduct relay, solenoids and their parts, material performance
and reliability test according to IEC and national standard. It
is also a lab in conformity with TUV requirements for relays testing.
Equipment: For our Tooling
Department, Hardware & Plastic Injection Molding Department,
Contact Department, Equipment Manufacturing, Machining Department,
we are procuring increasingly more equipment to meet production
needs for more quantity, efficiency and better quality. Currently
this includes:
9 ZNC EDM, CNC wire-cut EDM, Drilling EDM for tooling
department;
8 Plastic Injection Molding Machines and Automatic Dies Temperature
Controller imported from Taiwan;
18 automatic punches, pneumatic punches, and other precision punches,
some heavy duty ones are of up to 80~110 tons;
4 CNC Lathes, 12 automatic lathes, 9 meter lathe, 1 grinder, 4 Drilling machines, 4 threading machines, 4 milling machine (totally 38) for Machining Department;
45 full automatic, 6-spindle and 4-spindle Winding Machine;
11 production lines for assembling of relays and solenoids.
In addition to buying and importing heavy and advanced equipment
from outside, we have also set up our own organization specializing
in improving parts manufacturing and product assembly devices and
equipment. With the many semi-automatic and full automatic specific
purpose devices and machines made by our own Equipment Department,
we have greatly improved the production efficiency and consistency;
the quality and the stabilization of the products are all reliably
insured.
Quality management: Zanty
has built up an effective quality management system conforming to
ISO9001 standards and USA military MIL-STD-105E inspection method.
R&D, Production and QA, QC activities are conducted strictly
in conformity with ISO9001, TS16949 system.
Great importance was attached to quality since the establishment
of Zanty. We implemented ISO9000 and were approved in 1996, ISO9001:1994
in January1999, ISO9001:2000 in January 2003 and ISO/TS 16949 (QS9000) in October 2004.
Well trained QC staff of 60 people is keeping close watch of quality
at all stages from accepting incoming materials to dispatching to
customers.
Periodically, we do product testing with various testing instruments;
instruments calibration, system analysis of data collected in production.
